Return Policy: If for any reason (within 30 days) you are not 100% satisfied with your portraits, we will gladly reshoot it or repint it for you. Contact us for Rescheduling Instructions. If there are any other cituations(within 30 days) we will gladly do our best to give you satisfaction on the photos we take or give you a studio credit to use at a later time. Our suggested shot sheet and information sheet does not guarantee that we will be able to photograph every request, at a wedding we work quickly and diligently and because of the human entity, some photos are not able to be taken. We hope that you understand this and again we will do our best to provide you with the photos that we have been hired to take and provide for you to enjoy.
Other concerns: When I do our location shooting, a few items need to be addressed, if I am photographing in your home and the room is not large enough for the portraits of the group assembled, I shoot to my best applied skills and ability, I will work to create for you a portrait to enjoy. Churches and halls and other locations may not have the best lighting and in this case, I will use my best applied skills and lighting equipment without interfering with your wedding, event or what I am hired to photograph. In all cases I will do the best that I can with the skills, training and equipment that I use to create for you the images and art work that I have been commissioned to create.
Liabilitiy & Exclusion of Warranty: The value we place on photographing you is incredibly high, and at Tall Trees Photography we do the best of what is available from church lighting cituations, outdoor weather conditions, and unavoidable cituations to provide you with wonderful photos. Our photo lab also has a similar liability that in handling your images to print and process, that " any damages or losses sustained by you, even through our neglegence, or by any other fault of ours, and we have no liability to you for any losses or damages sustained by you for delay to orders while in our plant or in transit to or from us. In addition, you agree that the acceptance of your order is without any other expressed or implied warranty, including warranty of merchantability and fitness for a paticular purpose, or guarantee and that the recovery for any incidental or consequential damages or losses is exclude." Although over 40 years this has never caused anyone to completely loose the photos we have taken.
Refund Policy: Once your photos have been taken and proof book or /DVD/CD's are delivered there is a no refund policy because we have completed our contract agreement in providing you with photography services. All retainers are non refundable.
Privacy Policy: We do not share, sell, or rent any of your personal information to outside companies or organizations. We have multiple safe guards in place, both physical and electronic, to make sure that your information stays private and that your online purchase remains secure.

Payment: Full payment is required when you place your order. No partially paid orders are accepted.
